Prok is one of the highest-quality, largest-fruiting American persimmon cultivars available. It is a grafted female selection, meaning it is cold-hardy, produces fruit reliably without needing a pollinator, and begins bearing in as little as 2–3 years
Key Characteristics
- Fruit Size & Taste: Fruits are exceptionally large (2.5 to 3 inches) for an American variety. They are honey-sweet with a rich, nutty flavor and a smooth, custard-like texture when fully ripe.
